Returns

The product must be returned complete, undamaged and with all its accessories, preferably in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility in the event of a change of mind. FRESAVO will cover the return costs if the product received is defective, damaged or incorrect.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
